JOE KENKEN MOK

Director & Partner

The founder of Kenmok Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He is known for hands that turn ruins and run-down estates to trendy properties with classic landscape. He has a peculiar way of analysing risks and rewards, taking advantage of opportunities not visible to the common.

Before moving into the private sector, he was a senior public servant working with the Department of National Planning & Implementation as Assistant Secretary, Bilateral Branch, and Foreign Aid Management Division. He resigned in June 2000 to run his business.

Joe has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Papua New Guinea. He also attained various diplomas and certificates in managing donor funded projects from overseas. Joe is also the founder of a self-help community development organisation called the Tiki Community Development Foundation (TCDF) established from his area in the Dei District of Western Highlands Province. The organisation was created to restore law and order and to serve as a vehicle for development.

He is also an Executive Committee member of the Maus Grass Golf Team, which spearheads many beneficial fundraising which included the relief donations for the 2018 Southern Highlands Province Earthquake and 2019 Bush-fire in Southern Australia
